Mithrun of the House of Kerensil is an elf from the manga Dungeon Meshi. He is the captain of a squad of canaries, a task force assigned with investigating and quelling dungeons that have gotten too dangerous. After a fate encounter deep within a dungeon 40 years ago, nearly all of his desires were consumed, leaving him almost completely empty. He can no longer feel the need to eat, drink, or even live, but he continues to anyway, following his only remaining desire: revenge against the thing that inflicted his condition. |
